What are you going to do?
You’ll work independently on HR issues for various clients—sometimes on your own, sometimes as part of a team. Examples include:
- Analyzing and improving HR processes (from onboarding to performance)
- Advising entrepreneurs and management teams on HR decisions that matter
- Implementing HR systems and tools (practical, functional—no reports)
- Developing and providing guidance on talent and leadership issues
- Designing and delivering training programs (e.g., leadership, feedback, performance)
- Taking the initiative: recognizing opportunities, making suggestions, and taking charge
No set formats. No “this is how we always do it.” Instead: the freedom to make your mark.
Who are we looking for?
We're not looking for perfect resumes, but for someone who fits in with the way we work. You'll recognize yourself in this profile:
- You have 3–6 years of experience in HR or consulting
- You can work independently and are not afraid to take the initiative
- You think things through and take action (not a passive HR role)
- You are analytical, practical, and comfortable interacting with customers
