More than 50 organizations have already joined

Training that you'll see reflected in your work on Monday.

Conducting conversations, giving feedback, addressing each other. We use scenarios from your own organization in our training, so that new behaviors don’t fade away after just a week.

“Our conversations with customers became more personal and shorter. We hadn’t expected that.”

After the training session, everyone leaves feeling enthusiastic. A month later, nothing has changed.

It's rarely the people's fault. Things usually go wrong in one of these two areas.

Too general

A standard program featuring examples from other companies. We’ll practice with scenarios from your own work, so that everyone knows what they’ll be doing differently tomorrow.

No sequel

After the training day, old habits tend to resurface. We’ll continue to provide on-the-job coaching until the new behavior becomes second nature.

We don't train for the day of the workout. We train for the day after.

Four topics we often train on

A smiling man wearing glasses and a green sweater taking an outdoor selfie with a woman in a red leather jacket against a clear blue sky.
Conversations That Matter
Open and honest conversations about work, professional development, and what's needed—even when things get challenging.
Two young women outdoors; one is looking at her phone and smiling, while the other is holding a phone and looking at her.
Giving and Receiving Feedback
Concrete, honest, and practical. So that feedback builds something up rather than tearing it down.

Collaborating and Holding People Accountable
Take responsibility together and point out areas for improvement without making it personal.

Training That Sticks

A standard training session is easy to set up, but without follow-up, the knowledge fades within a few weeks. We integrate training into the work process, backed by coaching and quality assurance.

At Klaverblad, you can now hear the human touch on the phone.

Klaverblad aims to be the most people-centered insurer. Together with Certin, we translated that ambition into concrete behavior in every customer interaction. Each team received customized training based on situations from their own work. This was followed by on-the-job coaching, a train-the-trainer program, and peer review sessions. The interactions became more people-centered—and often shorter as well.
“We practiced using our own conversations. That’s why it stuck with us.”

This is how we train

First, understand what’s happening in your practice; only then should you practice. And after that, make sure it sticks.
Understand
We speak with executives, managers, and participants to see what happens in practice.
Designs
A customized program tailored to your specific situations, language, and goals.
Practice
Lots of practice, little theory. With immediate feedback—from us and from each other.
Borgen
On-the-job coaching, peer review, and train-the-trainer sessions, so you can continue on your own.

“A training session is only successful if you can still hear the difference a month later.”
