Part-time Student in HR Consulting (with a focus on HR tech)

• You'll have the opportunity to observe various HR consulting projects at our clients' sites.
• You will assist with the implementation of HR tech tools, such as recruitment, performance management, and HRIS systems.
• You'll help analyze customer needs and recommend the right HR tech solutions.
• You'll learn how to use data to measure the effectiveness of HR interventions.
• You'll work alongside experienced consultants and have the opportunity to develop your own skills.
• You'll help share our expertise through channels such as blogs and social media.
• You'll help develop training programs for our clients, focused on making the most of HR technology and strengthening their HR skills.

• You are an enthusiastic student majoring in HR, business administration, psychology, or another relevant field.
• You have an interest in HR and are interested in technology.
• You are analytical, eager to learn, and have a proactive attitude.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written (due to our European clients).
